all you need to do is, click forgot password? link under the registered customer area once you click the doll button on our landing page.
- 7want to change my password. what to do?
log in with your existing password and then go to your account. you will see the form to reset your password with a new one.
- 8for how long can I keep the products in my basket?
to give every customers the same freedom to shop we will wait for your decision for 72 hours. your basket empties after a failing check out after 72 hours.
- 9how to track my orders?
track the progress of your orders and archive them in your order history section of your profile page.
- 10want to change my address. what to do?
you can change your addresses in your address book section of your profile page. you will always be given the chance to change your address during any check out you will perform.

we accepts credit cards, paypal and other options depending on your location. select at your convenience during check out.

data given during payment with credit cards are encrypted over a third party SSL. we don't keep or share your data with anyone else.

your order may be sent by a multiple forwarder companies. you may see options during check out.

you will be reminded by a memo and an e-mail to find a way to deliver your order.
- 17want to cancel my order. what to do?
send us an e-mail with your order details at customerservice@waka-mono.com and we will help you with your order.

all you need to do is return your order within 7 working days of arrival with the original invoice and a filled in return form.
mind below when returning;
• products should be in their original packaging.
• deformed products or products with deformed packaging will not be accepted.
